Surprise! We are Acoustic's Newest Agency Partner

“Hey - What are you doing here?”

In August 2015, this was the greeting I often got when I became an IBMer and joined the recently-acquired Silverpop business as an Account Director (a strategic consulting role with a confusing name). After having spent the prior 5 years working on the agency side at Engauge and BrightWave as a Silverpop partner, I was officially beginning my work on the product-side.

Although I’d put a lot of time and energy into building and nurturing relationships with partner reps at all the platforms where my clients were involved, I had mixed results based on the type of partner program being run, the priority of the partner ecosystem and, not surprisingly, the individuals I worked with.

My five years at Acoustic allowed me to see what was happening behind the scenes with the products and afforded me an invaluable opportunity to build even more relationships spanning sales, client success, product, support and services. I worked on complex implementations (Email, SMS, Mobile Push, Analytics, Exchange), strategic multi-channel roadmap development and ongoing program performance optimizations.

One of my first priorities in launching Radical United was to forge a partnership with Acoustic which would allow me to help more brands get the most out of the Acoustic Marketing Cloud (which includes Campaign, Analytics, Exchange and Content), helping with day-to-day projects and execution, but more importantly, providing opportunities to cast a newer vision on how Acoustic can be used to create more effective and meaningful customer experiences that drive business success and growth.

If you’re a current Acoustic customer, I look forward to hearing which of Acoustic Campaign’s storied names you like to use (Silverpop Marketer, Silverpop Engage, IBM Marketing Cloud, Watson Campaign Automation) or drop other old school lingo. Bonus points for any reference to a musical act that was featured at the Silverpop Amplify conferences. All this to say, we are open for business as an Acoustic Solution Partner and we’d love the opportunity to work with existing Acoustic customers and anyone considering a move to Acoustic.

(And yeah, this probably wasn’t a big surprise, but it’s a big first step of many more to come)
